The 2-THE-TOP trial, “The publication,?Efficacy and safety of adjuvant TTFields plus pembrolizumab and temozolomide in newly diagnosed glioblastoma (2-THE-TOP): A Phase 2 study,”?assessed the efficacy and safety of TTFields therapy when used with pembrolizumab and?temozolomide to treat newly diagnosed glioblastoma (GBM).
